We are renting a large double Room in our cosy fully furnished house with garden by Lloyds Park in Walthamstow Central / Blackhorse Road Area
We are 2 easy going girls and a lovely friendly cat looking for an easy going and clean person. Cat lover is a must as our cat is the queen of the house ;)

We are a warm sociable house that enjoys a chat and glass of wine after work, yet we believe in respecting each other’s personal space.
The room is available from 23rd of July.

The house is located in a residential quiet and safe area, It has 3 large double rooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a garden.
The room is a large double with 1 wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers, curtains and double bed.

THE RENT - £515 pounds a month with some bills included.

BILLS : £25-35 each month per person, depending on season. (Gas and electricity)

DEPOSIT - £500 pounds is required. Tenancy contract available with deposit protection scheme.

Transport:
Vitoria line.

- Blackhorse road - 15 min walk or 5 minutes by bus - 123 and N73 ( 24 hours bus)

- Walthamstow central - 15 minutes walk - Buses 215, 357, 34, 97
