There are 31 self-contained flats, which compromises a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or walk in showers with a 24 hour emergency call alarm system. Lift accessibility to all floors. There is a scheme manager on site 5 days a week Monday to Friday; to provide housing related support for customers to remain living independently.

There is a real sense of community spirit in the accommodation with a vast array of shared facilities which you can enjoy,including a quiet communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, treatment room and dinner room.

Assistive technology – tyntec telecare is a service that helps to support and enhance the opportunity for people to continue to live in their own home and maintain an Independent lifestyle with the appropriate level of support. Telecare is customisable to most individual’s situations by the simple addition of telecare peripherals such as a pendant, fall detector, remote door entry system

·     Emergency Pull cords/Pendants - in every room of your flat, which is linked to a 24 hour response in an emergency.

·     Door entry system – Every flat has a handset which allows them to manage who they allow access to the building. CCTV can also be linked to customers TV’s which enables them to identify who their visitor is at the main entrance.

Reduce social isolation and loneliness: To promoted healthy living to reduce social isolation and loneliness there are plenty of opportunities to take part in social activities at Nehemiah court with bingo,quizzes, lunch club including singing and fish and chip suppers, and quiz nights. There is a social community which regularly meets to organise events we work close with other organisation to encouraging the customers to join in the scheme activities and by joint working with the local community groups within Walsall

There are a good range of shops including newsagents, restaurants and various food outlets.Within 5 minutes   of the scheme. Asda and Lidl is 15 minute walk or 5 min on the bus there is outdoor Market that sell selection fresh fruit and vegetable and fresh meats, fish and produce.
