There are four double bedrooms sleeping 8 in total.
The main bedroom (sleeps 2), it has a super king bed, (sleeps 2) a sofa and a luxurious claw-footed bath, basin, and loo.
The first-floor bedroom has a king-sized bed, (sleeps 2) window set and sea views
On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms (each sleep 2), both have window seats and sea views
There are 2 shower rooms, each with walk in shower, loo and basin
The master bedroom has an ensuite open plan bathroom.

There is good WIFI at the property and 2 parking spaces in the carport. 

There is a bill contribution of £250 per month. There will be an end-of-tenancy cleaning fee of £250.

1 Dog would be possible with an additional cleaning charge for the end of tenancy
