Room in a Shared House, Lodge Road, SM6

I’m looking for a relaxed and easy going female to share this lovely Edwardian house with a small garden, walking distance (less than 5mins) to both Carshalton or wallington train stations. Easy to get into London. Broadband and netflicks included - perfect for winter nights. 
The house is really warm in the winter and really fresh in the summer with lots of windows and natural light. The garden is south facing. You can park for free on the road outside the house. It’s a quiet residential no through road and the neighbours are really nice. 
The bedroom is a spacious double with plenty of storage and a double bed. The rest of the house is kitted out with everything you need so you won’t need to bring any of the basics with you. 

The house share includes Alfie who is my wire haired fox terrier who is very well educated, independent and simply adorable. He is just an added bonus and really makes the place feel like home.
