We are renting our lovely 2 bedroom maisonette in Wallington.

The flat is split in two, first floor has a very large living room and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms, the family bathroom and access to a big loft.

Located on a very quite street of Wallington with a comunal garden and access to a residential car park area.

Although quite it’s less than 10 min walk to Wallington station as well as the high-street where all shops are located.

Trains to Victoria is 40 minutes and has also great links to Clapham junction and London Bridge for other preferred routes.

We would like to know a bit about you so it would be great to have an introduction when you request your viewing so we don’t have to go back and forth with questions from the beginning.
