Garden Cottage is a grade II listed building where the top floor boats a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment set in the grounds of the stunning Braziers Park School of Integrative Social Research.
Braziers Park is a friendly society and a residential adult education college, predominantly functioning as an intentional community that also hosts events such as small family friendly festivals, yoga retreats and weddings.
Because of the nature of the community, you will need to be comfortable with an ever changing social landscape around you with events taking place within the expansive site. You will not form part of the community itself, however there are plenty of opportunities to become involved by volunteering and joining the residents at one of the many social events throughout the year - the first of this tenancy being bonfire night!
The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bills are included within the monthly rental apart from the internet - this is by separate arrangement with your house mate which I believe is around £20 a month.
The last time we had a room available in Garden cottage, we had to choose between the first 5 people that viewed, so please do not delay in arranging a viewing.
