It is also a 10 min drive or bus journey from West Drayton station, so you can get to Paddington in 20 min from there. There are amendities (off licence, pharmacy, pizzeria and hair dressers’) within 2 min walk. Easy access to public transport.
The house has been newly refurbished completely so it looks like new! Bright, modern and tidy, with a garden and a patio to dry the laundry outside or have a BBQ in summer!
This is a 3 bed maisonnette with 2 floors and a bathroom on each floor. The room is nicely furnished (new mattress, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, and lots of storage!).
The kitchen is modern, bright, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven & grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is no living room to share unfortunately but the communal area is the kitchen, which is quite spacious and always kept tidy & clean! There’s a table and 4 chairs to eat, socialise and unwind.
The house is always kept clean and the garden is well maintained.
WiFi and all bills are included.
We hope you do not mind sharing the space with a cute and friendly cat! Her name is Esme.
Smokers are welcome, although smoking is not allowed inside the house!

This is generally a calm and quiet house-share as the tenants work long hours so they’re not at home during the day, and sometimes they need to work from home in the evenings and at the weekend.
These friendly house-mates are happy to share what's in the fridge and cook for each other sometimes, or spend time together, but this is generally a professional, quiet flat-share.
