The space
This light filled two-floor house (technically a maisonette, as there is a basement apartment below it, accessed separately from the rear) is a real gem, located towards the leafy north-western side of central Truro.

The first floor affords some lovely open views to the rear over the surrounding gardens and out towards the cathedral, and the south-westerly orientation means that the lounge and two main bedrooms enjoy the best of the afternoon and early evening sunshine.

The property is accessed via the door at the front of the building.

The front door opens on to a long hallway, which turns to the left to give access to a good-sized living room, small downstairs WC, and compact kitchen/diner.

The rear of the property plays host to the compact kitchen with its small dining area.
The kitchen is arrayed in an L-shape beneath a large window. The matt navy units, white worktops and splashback tiled in a delicate bone shade also give this space a beautiful feeling of sophistication, along with the standout navy and gold peacock wallpaper.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, whether you are planning on eating out every meal, or cooking up a storm for a 3-course Sunday lunch.

Stairs to the rear of the hallway lead up to the landing, which is accented by a delicate gold console table against the stunning peacock feather wallpaper.

Master Bedroom; 'The Blue Room'

The master bedroom also enjoys the beautiful light at the front of the building.

Small Double Bedroom, or 'The Gold Room'

The rear, east-northeast facing side of the house is where the third bedroom can be found. This room is decorated in peaceful, light shades, with a stunning pearlescent pale gold feature wall behind the teal velvet, small double storage bed. It also offers ample storage in another multi-functional piece of furniture, which serves as a large chest of drawers with a useful small hanging space.

Shower Room

The small bathroom is in the centre of the house, and comprises a large shower cubicle with vanity basin and WC.
The decorative scheme here is light and fresh, with pale turquoise tiles and gold accents throughout to reflect the scheme throughout the house.


Parking

While there is no private parking on the property, on street parking on the road/pavement just outside is free and almost always available.
Otherwise, there is a council car park just a 5 minutes walk away at Edward Street Long Stay Car Park.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis however please be aware there is no direct access to a garden from the property, although there are plenty of lovely places to walk in the local parks.
