There are five bedrooms (we will host one couple in Bedroom 5, the largest bedroom in the house), two bathrooms, an additional toilet, and a stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Location
The house is within 15 minutes’ walk of Trowbridge town centre and its train station, with easy road access out to neighbouring towns, including Bath (8 miles away). If you work in Bath or Bristol the train will zip you there in 15 or 30 minutes respectively – great if you want the city life but without the city prices!
Who you’ll be sharing with
Working people who don’t smoke and don’t have pets. They are people who appreciate a high standard of modern living and enjoy living sociably. They also don’t want expense of paying for their own property or the hassle of maintaining and managing it!
The House in Summary
The décor is a mix of modern grey, soft blue and fresh white with accent colours for zing and style. Maximum storage has been provided with lift up ottoman beds and each room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, lamps and coat hooks together with the all-important desk/chair/lamp for working at home (unlike many other rooms on
the market).  
We provide blisteringly fast commercial grade broadband service to support your work together with a 4K Smart TV in the living area. 
Our residents have their own bathroom cabinet, kitchen cupboard, fridge shelves and freezer drawers for personal food and possessions. 
Smart vertical blinds allow for light and privacy throughout the property and the entire house is fitted out with fire doors and fire alarms for your safety.

Services and Bills
We provide a regular cleaning service for the shared areas (you need to clean your own room) as well as a handyman to keep everything shipshape for you whilst you can spend more time doing the things you enjoy. There’s also usually a head resident who acts as a single point of contact regarding repairs etc.
Living/Dining Room
In the sitting room, we found some armchairs to perfectly match the picture – clever - don't you think?  The glass dining table keeps the room open and airy and there's a comfy sofa for lounging in front of the 43” smart TV which can stream videos, netflix and your other favourite programmes at a blistering 4K, with high definition and Dolby sound. You can even link your phone with it for gaming and photo sharing.
Kitchen
In the kitchen, we’ve indulged you with an induction hob for super-fast cool-touch cooking with specialist magnetic based induction hob saucepans and a high-powered microwave. Plus a brand new oven for more traditional cooking. Both the fridge and freezer are the largest I could find. They each hold 27 bags of shopping(!) so you won’t have to compete
with your fellow residents for space. You have your own kitchen cupboard, shelf in the fridge and drawer in the freezer plus there’s a few extra so you won’t be crowded.
Bathing
Our house has two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom so you will only share with a
maximum of two other people. In addition you will have your own dedicated bathroom
cabinet and shelf so you can keep your toiletries in the bathroom instead of in your
bedroom. With plenty of hot water delivered on demand from the powerful boiler in the
kitchen, you should never have a cold shower either.
Rooms
All our rooms have the following:
4ft double lift up “ottoman” bed which provides masses of storage underneath the
mattress.
Luxury Pocket Sprung 1000 no-turn mattress for a great night’s sleep. Medium firm,
hand tufted for quality and air vents to keep the mattress fresh.

 A table/desk lamp or two

So, which will be the best room for you?

Room 1: OceanHere the theme is the sea and the seaside. Decorated with calming soft sea blue and sand you can almost smell the sea salt and taste the ice creams! Room 1 is on the ground floor, perfect for those who like to be where the action is and don’t want to walk too far to make their next cup of coffee. And just to reassure you, we have frosted the lower part of the window to ensure your complete privacy from the outside. Bobble hooks, a pebbles lamp and touch operated LED desk lamp add fun as well as functionality.

Room 2: Citrus
On the first floor, with lime, orange and red décor, this room gets you up and moving. It’s great for the playful and energetic person. The room is sunny and south facing overlooking the garden on the quieter side of the house. It’s also the smallest room at 9m2 (but still has a double bed and a big wardrobe) so this is your opportunity to get all the benefits of the house for a lower rent than your housemates!

Room 3: Stately
Next door to Room 2, this room has been inspired by the stately panelling in grand homes. It’s a modern room with strong lines in the bold bronzed tile/panel-effect wallpaper and softened with monochromatic pictures of the Buddha and dandelions. The room is finished with minimalistic LED desk lamps for maximum light and minimum bulb changing. For the sophisticate.

Room 4: Nature
This room is for lovers of trees, nature and natural materials with faux wood panelling and a ceiling velux window for night time star gazing. The room is south facing with the main window overlooking the garden on the quiet side of the house. Furniture is traditional style updated for the modern taste. Located on the second floor away from the sitting room and
kitchen, it’s a quiet room, perfect for contemplative types.

Room 5: Brick Loft Living
Room 5 is tucked away on the second floor away from the hurly burly of the communal areas. It’s our largest room at 13m2 and suitable for a single person or a couple (higher rent for a couple, please ask). It has two windows for maximum light and a built-in wardrobe. There’s a sloping ceiling to create the feeling of loft living (but no restricted head height you’ll be pleased to know). Industrial brick wallpaper combined with dark furniture, strong rusts and mustards complete the masculine look.

Outside
There’s a garden with patio, great for summer dining or a spot of sunbathing. There’s plenty of on-street parking and if you want your very own spot, our neighbour will rent you his area of hardstanding by separate negotiation.

Next Steps
To receive more photos and/or arrange a viewing please email me or telephone me. Our tenancy agreement with you will be have an initial fixed term of 6 months, but you need to be intending to stay for a year or more (since it’s troublesome for us to do changeovers and disruptive to other residents in the house). Once we agree to go ahead, you need to pay £100 holding deposit to reserve your room. If your referencing and credit checks are fine, we’ll put that £100 towards your first month’s rent. If we think, as a result of the references and credit check, that on balance our house is not the right one for you,
we shall return your £100 to you. If you simply change your mind we will keep the £100. We won’t charge you any fees for creating the tenancy in the first place, or for referencing.
PLEASE NOTE: The soft furnishings (throws, cushions, bedding) and ornaments are NOT INCLUDED in the inventory of items provided for your use, other than a mattress protector.  However, if you would like the bedding (duvet with cover and two pillows with covers) then you can purchase these from us for £55 - at cost price.
