We have a huge garden both at the front with a very large Oak tree and another large garden at the back of the property which you will have access to. 

Lodgers will have their own kitchen sink, toaster, kettle, plates, pots and pans and cutleries. 

Room 1 is a large bedroom with a very comfy king size bed. You can have a table and desk there if you like. Available on the 1st of March 2026 £800 pcm Inclusive of all bills and council tax

Room 2 is a lovely single room. Available on the 1st of March 2026 £650 pcm Inclusive of all bills and council tax

Short stays considered on a nightly or weekly rate.

We have a very large kitchen with a sofa where you can relax in the evening if you wish and we have our own private living room so you get to have your own space too if you like.
