The studio is the only room on the 2nd floor . The bed is a double bed , for 1 single occupant.  Residents residing in the studio use sanitary facilities located on the 1st floor. We call it a studio rather than a room as its got its own kitchen. £750 PCM  includes the cost of the council tax and the Bills.
