The patio, while small, is a good size for being right on the high street and in the thick of things. There is a cat/dog flap that would fit up to medium sized dog, and the property is dog friendly including a stair gate to separate the downstairs to sleeping areas. Tring park is 5 minutes walk away and offer miles and miles of dog friendly walking space.
Parking is situated off the patio as the back of the property which is on a private road. There is space for two cars parked one behind the other. Another massive perk for being right on the high street.

Location wise you couldn't be in a better spot - this home is located at the quieter end of the high street but is still a stone throw away from all the action. Tring's much loved Black Goo coffee shop is a few doors down and one of the best Freehouse Pubs is a 3 minute walk away, not to mention the rest of what the high street has to offer.
On the same private road there is also a nursery and there is a primary school just behind the property, so idea for families with kids of all ages.

This house is a home and would suit a family with kids of all ages, or a couple who like lots of space. The rental period can be 3-12 months. Could be suitable for couples or families who may be looking to "try" out the Tring area before fully relocating or buying a property. Also a Covid escape from London! :)
