Holding Deposit

Once a landlord approves your application and asks us to start your referencing, a refundable Reservation Fee (holding deposit) of £150 which is less than the equivalent of 1 week's rent is payable to reserve the property. Cost Information

A Tenancy/Security Deposit will be required (capped at five weeks rent). For this property the Security Deposit is £1096.15 and is payable once referencing is successful. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy and applies to Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST). The deposit will be held in our account with the government approved Deposit Protection Scheme.
