COVID-19 restrictionsPlease note that, due to the pandemic we have had to made changes to how we operate:
1. We have to take extra precautions over viewings. We strictly limit viewings and reserve the right to cancel if anyone in the property is self-isolating (note: not yet happened). We can offer video viewings and prefer to do this.
2. Anyone viewing is expected to wear suitable gloves and face mask, not to touch anything and to wash or sanitise gloved hands if requested.
3. Only one person viewing the property at a time. If you come with a friend or family member, by prior agreement only, we ask that they wait outside until you have viewed and then they can view; again fully gloved and masked per #2 above.
4. Communal area cleaning is currently suspended until government restrictions have been lifted. Tenants have access to cleaning materials and are expected to contribute to household chores such as cleaning until we can resume cleaning operations.
5. Behaviour in the property must be in line with government guidance which means no guests are allowed, tenants should minimise time spent in communal areas and self-isolate if required.
