I will upload photos of the renovation on monday. Please note the bed settee in the pictures is now in the garage as the old tenant has left it dirty. If you want to clean it up and use it thats fine otherwise I will take it to the skip
The downside is the estate looks very run down from the outside (although not as bad as the old google maps photo) as we dont own the exterior or grounds. The upside is 4 decent landlords now own all the internal flats on the estate so despite the exterior looks it is very safe and quiet.
The location its self is superb. 15-20 mins walk into dudley centre yet only 15 minutes walk into Oldbury. 10 mins from a Tesco extra and right on the major bus routes ....5 minutes by car onto Junction 2 of the M5
The flat has recently passed its EICR, electrical certificate and also have an EPC cert rated E
