Large double room in Thornton Heath fully furbished with a double sized bed, built in wardrobe and two quality chest of drawers. You will have access to a dining/living room, kitchen, garden and two toilets one of which is a shared bathroom. The bathroom will be shared by two other people. There are also three other members in the house one will be living there the others are using the house as office space.

Transport wise the house is located very close to Thornton Heath station, about an 8 minute walk. There is also two bus stops located very near to the house. These buses lead to Croydon, Streatham, Elephant and castle and Brixton.

We are looking for someone who is friendly sociable and above all else looking to maintain the house, as this used to be the family home which was renovated by my father and his friend before we moved in.

All bills are included in the price. Initial contracts will last for 6 months then contracts will be reviewed.
