Regular trains into London Victoria (23 mins), London Bridge(26 mins) and East Croydon (5 mins). You always get a seat in the mornings!Northern Line is 9 minutes away by train, at Balham Station.

Also one train per hour that goes up through West London:Imperial Wharf, Shepherd's Bush, Kensington and on to Wembley.

Lots of nice parks, pubs, restaurants and bars insurrounding areas. Buses and trains can quickly transport you to CrystalPalace, Clapham, Streatham, Dulwich, Peckham, Balham, Croydon, Norbury Brixtonand Norwood Junction.

Gatwick Airport is under 30 minutes away by train.
