The bedroom door has a key operated lock.

Shared area's consist of a living room with two sofas, 48 inch tv, lean-to with dining room table & four chairs. two toilets and a bathroom. The kitchen has two fridges, and separate freezer, two microwaves, electric hob and oven, with a separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. Garden/patio area to the rear.

All tenants are referenced via an independent agency at a cost of £20 per tenant paid directly to the referencing agency, there are no other admin costs or charges.

There is currently one parking permits available via swindon borough council.
