We are looking for members to share our house with. (The house is a co-living space). This is for an ensuite room with kitchenette (studio) a in shared house.

* Live in a place you feel respected and that you feel respecting others is a must
* Shower in your ensuite bathroom and hang around your room in a robe all Sunday doing self-care
* Speaking of self-care, why not cook in the kitchenette in your room while you power through books, documentaries on your TV and applying face masks.
* There is more than enough space in the big kitchen on ground floor should you want to batch cook for the week ahead though.
* Find it appropriate to Zoom your work colleagues / clients with a presentable background behind you (should you decide to work from the big solid Oak dining table we have in the sitting room) . Things look presentable - actually things look quite nice - anywhere in the house.
* For your peace of mind, all bills are included.
* There are 2 other housemates in the house and there are currently two rooms available.

* When you get asked what brought a smile to your face today, you have an answer
* You love to dive deep into topics and you ask questions when talking to others
* You enjoy a house culture that is driven by logic, structure, creativity and collaboration/support of other members
* People love working/living with you. Not just because you are wicket smart, but because your aggressive drive to succeed is only triumphed by your ridiculous people skills.
* Sharp minded, and good at logical thinking.
* You are self-driven and have (very) high work ethics
* You’re either passionate about living in a shared house, or not. We don't care. What we care about is that you 100% respect the house rules
* Your background will be professionally checked and references will be required.
* You do not smoke
* You don't have pets

No industrial age values:
* You are creative, can communicate your ideas and collaborate with others
* Being a good house mate means you don't expect detailed and exact instructions that you can follow so you can simply “do as you are told”. You know how you are supposed to behave when living with others.
Authentic learning::
* Great if you've had the opportunity and privilege to go to school, great if you've gotten good grades and have a good job, but this is not the only thing we value. Or better said, these is is not even among the top 5 things we value. Way higher on that list are: Ethics, Humility and Respect

ASAP. Should you be the right person (the selection process normally takes 2 weeks), you can join straight after that.
