The room also contains a double bed, chest of draws, waredrobe, desk, chair, 32'' smart TV, bedside table, bedside lamp and blackout blinds. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. The room also contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a modern kitchen-lounge located on the ground floor of the property. This contains an 8 burner range double cooker, three fridge-freezers, plenty of cupboard space, a dishwasher, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The lounge area contains a smart TV, sofa and a table and chairs.There is 1 communal bathroom, shared between three rooms, as all other rooms are en-suites.
