Your accommodation would be ideally located within SA1 with direct and easy access to the Swansea bay campus, the UWTSD Marina campus and a direct bus route just outside the front door to Singleton Campus, whilst still being within easy walking distance to the city centre.

We are looking for 4 students who wish to move into a freshly renovated, high quality property for the academic year starting in 1st September 2021.

The four rooms available are all of very generous proportions, with the two largest being very spacious (12 meters squared) meters and the second couple being very roomy also (8 meters squared)
Each individual room will be fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, new bed and new mattress.

The two extra large rooms are 400PCM including all bills, the other two rooms are still large in size at 375 PCM.

The accommodation has both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, with one walk in shower area and one corner bath.

There is very a large kitchen/diner with an extensive amount of personal cupboard space. (15 meters by 15 meters)
This social area is fully furnished and will give you access to a washer dryer & large fridge freezer.
An added benefit is that this communal kitchen/diner has a flat-screen TV and Xbox for all entertainment needs, with Sky and Netflix content available.

Outside, there is an enormous decked patio area which is perfect for summer BBQs and socialising. You will also have personal access to the locked and secure outbuildings for bikes and storing other items.

Monthly cost includes all bills including Superfast fibre broadband

A full months rent deposit is required and will be placed in a govt approved Tenancy deposit scheme. Refundable (subject to terms)
