We are a nice open and easy going couple in a pretty four bedroom house, and we are looking for 2 sensible working people as lodgers for 2 of our rooms.
A small double and large Double room at 400 and the 450 ponds respectively. Both our current lodgers are moving out so we are looking for replacements asap.
We are conveniently about a 5-10 minute walk from Swanley train station, and about the same distance to the town center and shops. It is a pretty nice part of Swanley and we also have a wonderful garden For those Summer Barbecues.
All the bills are only 30 a month and we have all the amenities including Central heating, Sky TV, Broadband, a Power Shower, off street parking and space.
