We are looking for a professional female to share our house with us. I and my partner currently in the house are looking for some tenants to move into this en-suite. preferrable someone who is professional or out and about.

The house is located on Stonecot Hill, SM3, 2- 3 minutes’ walk from the bus stop.
It is a 10 mins bus drive from Morden underground station (Northern Line) and a walk away from the local shops/supermarket. There is a similar commute to Raynes Park, Sutton Common and Morden South Overground station for the commute to be reasonably quick into the city

It is £ 750 per month (Inc. Electricity, gas, internet, council tax, and water bills) one month deposit required with 4 weeks’ notice.
