The house is in excellent condition and you would be renting a lovely room which is fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table, a large chest of drawers.
The house is carpeted throughout the bedroom areas, hall, stairs and landings.

We also provide a cleaner who will clean the entire house - communal areas and the bathrooms - which is included in the price.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also heaps of storage cupboard space.

The lounge/ Dining area has sofa, chairs and a dining table.

It also has beautiful patio doors leading you onto a large and green garden - perfect for you to enjoy late summer BBQ.

The location: Just 5min walk into central Sutton town center and train station with direct links into central London. Close by there are a number of places to eat and relax.
