Room in a Shared House, Milner Road, CR3

Hello there!

I currently have two  seperate rooms available in a shared house, and I’m looking for a working professional, ideally someone single, as the room is only for one person. This isn’t your average setup—the house is high-end, and the rent reflects that  due to the size of the property and the amenities offered. Occasionally, we have music video shoots and camera crews onsite (but don’t worry, they won’t be using your bedroom).

The room is available at £1000 per month, inclusive of bills - ONLY serious people who can move in by end of month.

The only thing I ask is that you’re responsible and keep the place well-maintained. Please tidy up after yourself and treat the space respectfully, as if it’s your own. The living room is open-plan, and there’s an outdoor balcony available for smoking and relaxing.

Your bedroom will be fully furnished, with a TV and spacious cupboards. If there’s anything extra you need, just let me know—I’m sure we can work it out.

We’re a laid-back group, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s also easygoing. Viewings are happening this week, and I’m aiming to have the room rented by next week to the right person.
