Room in a Shared House, Lenelby Road, KT6

We are house share based in Surbiton (KT6) with 1 double Room available. We are looking for working professionals who enjoy a quiet life. We have a lovely clean, quiet tidy and recently refurbished home.

About the room:
-The room comes fully furnished
- All bills are included in the rent - (internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax, phone line, includes street parking)
We are situated in Tolworth(Surbiton) which is situated 40 minutes to Waterloo station.

These house has just been refurbished with new paintings, mattresses and bed side lamps. The new memory foam is a joy to sleep on. Couple could use the en-suite because it has its own toilet and shower. There are 3 toilets and 3 showers in the house.
The living room comes with netflix, youtube, and app downloading features on a smart tv comes. The sony blue ray player can connect to your phone and gives you a cinematic experience. It has a snooker table in the garden as well.

I think it is better you see it with yourself; 4 room is already occupied just one double room became available for viewing. Kindly let me know your thoughts.
