 Waitrose supermarket is close by in Claremont Road with Sainsburysand many other good local shops in Victoria Road.

 It’s a 1 minute walk to the mainline Surbiton station with fastlinks to London Waterloo (13 minutes).

 River Thames is about 5 minute’s walk and Kingston another 10minutes from there, excellent train & bus links, even to Heathrow airport!!

 All bills are extra but reasonable and are split with thehousehold. Please note there is no lounge in the flat.
