The annexe on the side of our house forms excellent self contained living accommodation for singletons or a couple who are seeking a quiet and peaceful environment. The annexe has its own entrance, a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and a double bedroom (on the first floor, accessed by internal stairs). It also has a small outside area with seating. 

The price includes water, heating (20 Celsius daytime and 18 Celsius nighttime),electricity, internet access, council tax and a change of bed/bathroom linen every two weeks. 

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and is equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower over the bath. 

As the annexe forms part of our home, it is very important to us that we have a good relationship with the occupiers. We will not be entering into a tenancy arrangement, but a licence to occupy.  As such, there will be no deposit, minimum tenancy or notice period. Either side can end the relationship at any time, but providing everyone is happy the relationship should continue.
