We have a 2 lovely double rooms available now in this lovely friendly house share in Sunbury. Live out Landlord. A short walk from BP. A double at £595 per month and a double ensuite at £675 per month  all bills included.

The current housemates are all working professionals with varying jobs such as Administration, IT, Project Management, and Aircraft/Airport Maintenance. Housemates are personally chosen.

The room itself has a double, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a lovely shower room shared only with one other housemate. Your room has a TV point, and wired/wireless access to high speed 350mb Virgin broadband. 
The double bedroom uses a bathroom shared with just one person which is cleaned weekly.

Please note we are unable to take couples.

The house is decorated in a comfortable and contemporary style. The Living Room has a large 40" HD TV and Blu-ray player.

Kitchen:
Bright kitchen fully equipped with 2 large fridge/freezers, dishwasher, double oven, ceramic hob and microwave. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and conveniences provided.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron provided.

Inclusive Bills and Facilities:
Bills for water, lighting, gas central heating & hot water, TV licence (communal), broadband, council tax all included, as is the weekly cleaning of the shared facilities.

Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. Unrestricted on-street parking.

Very conveniently located for access to Feltham, Sunbury, Ashford and Staines. Close to the A316 and M3/M25 motorways. Sunbury Rail station is 15 min walk. It is a 5-10 minute walk to BP Sunbury
