Whilst this is a quiet residential road, it is very convenient in having access to the station and various shops and take-aways within 5minutes. It is a diverse and bustling area with the high street 10 minutes away with loads of amenities like shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, theatres, cinemas,gyms and green spaces.

The 3 existing tenants are keen to develop a great home atmosphere here with a fulfilling balance between private spaces and 'communal vibe'.They are all straight professional males andhave expressed a desire to live in an all male house which will remain so.
