We have a double room available sharing a bathroom with only one person and a weekly clean is included.

Spacious and comfortable double bedrooms is fully furnished to a high standard. Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have a double faux leather bed, double wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and chair. It also have it's own TV and internet sockets. All bedrooms have fire doors and fire alarms fitted for safety and a privately keyed lock. Thermostatically controlled central heating in every room. Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas so you can be sure it's always kept clean and tidy.

All working professional males and females aged between 21-43.

YOUR HOUSE:
Open plan kitchen/diner comes fully equipped with hob, oven, two fridge freezers, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery, cookware, kettle, toaster etc. You'll have your own cupboard and fridge space. Separate cosy living room comprises of sofa and cushions, 40'' TV, coffee table etc. There is a large fully maintained back garden with outdoor furniture and secured shed for bike storage. Free parking spaces is available at front of house.

ALL INCLUSIVE RENT:
No extra bills to pay and includes council tax, utility bills and weekly cleaning of communal areas and gardener. Laundry service is coin operated with 2 machines (average wash £1 per cycle).

It is very convenient for bus, Metro & car routes direct into the city, as well as many local shops and bars within walking distance. The Stretford mall is 7 mins walk and has all your essential shops and facilities such as Aldi, Boots, Halifax, Costa Coffee and a food hall offering trendy Street foods. Not to mention the PUREGYM inside the mall for the fitness enthusiasts. The Trafford Centre is only 5 mins by car.

If you like to explore the great outdoors then there's plenty of walks and bike trails nearby. Ride along the trans Pennie Trail or take a walk along bridgewater Way.
