It's opposite the main entrance to Stratford station, hidden behind a new sculpture which has been described as titanium trees.
The house is also an eight minute (virtual road free) cycle route away from the lea river canal water ways. used by cycle groups and ramblers. It has hundreds of nature trails and fishing areas which can be accessed via the ‘WWT’ (The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust).
