Seeking Property Guardians*: 

Self-contained, one bed apartments available in Stoke Poges - £325 PER MONTH.  

This fantastic former care home is a two-minute walk from local shops and just a short bus ride from Uxbridge Station. Price is per person and includes hot water and heating. Electricity and council tax however will be separate and your responsibility to register and pay.  

Each unit is unfurnished and ready for you to make your home. Units each consists of a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and separate kitchen. We are looking for responsible individuals to sign up as property guardians who are able to move ASAP and who are able to live in and look after the property as per the rules of being a property guardian.

Available to singles / no pets or dependants.

*What is a Property Guardian: 

A property guardian is a mature, working professional who resides in a would-be vacant property, occupying a shared living space under a non-exclusive license agreement, for the purpose of providing a security function. A property guardian does not act as a security guard and are not expected to intervene with any criminal activity – they are there to act as an early warning system should anything of the sort occur. Their presence helps not only to detract from anti-social behaviour, such as squatting and asset stripping, but also ensures that properties are well maintained.
