The tenants we have currently are all professional working, very neat and tidy considerate housemates.
There are lots of luxury accommodation so what makes this so different to others?
Well as well as holding a completion of works certificate (which indicates the high standards this was completed too) and a licence we have many unique features.
Many properties look nice but wouldn't have gone anywhere near the detail and consideration we have to ensure housemate safety.
One of the most attractive features that our tenants love, is the guarantee that your rent won't be increased during the duration of your stay. Giving you the comfort of knowing we won't get you through the door just to put the rent up later!!
As well stuff like the air purification system that's always on and circulated through the vents of the property it has excellent transport links with Longton National Rail station only 7 minutes walk. There are also bus stops outside of property as well as parking on Uttoxeter Rd outside the property just for our residents only!!
It's recently undergone total refurbishment to a very high contemporary standard. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with high pressure showers, toilet and hand basin, double divan bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, brand new carpets, etc....
All walls are fully insulated so warm and comfortable all year round.
The house has been limited to 5 rooms only to allow house mates to enjoy a more harmonious and relaxed atmosphere and more importantly bigger more private rooms!
There is a large kitchen which is very well equipped with high quality kitchen appliances including:
Fan oven, gas hob, extractor hood, high spec microwave, washing machine, ironing board & Iron and plenty of kitchen units. All brand new and never used.
