Looking for a lodger who just requires a base and goes home at weekends but if you have to work the odd Saturday or return on the Sunday evening to avoid morning rush traffic,  that is no problem, the room is yours where you can leave your belongings, all you need to bring is a TV as all rooms have TV points and your suitcase. Use of a kitchen with all mod cons, freezer, fridge, cooker, microwave, pots pans and cutlery, used only by 3 other lodgers. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Large comfy chair to relax in, drawers and hanging space.   Large Victorian house based on the A6 between Stockport and Hazel Grove. The property is double glazed throughout. Fibre optic WIFI.

Walking distance to Woodsmoor and Davenport Station, 5 minutes to Stockport town centre and 6 miles to Manchester Airport, motorways links 5 minutes away.

All bed linen supplied and changed every 3 or 4 weeks. All areas kept up to a high standard by oneself. The shower/WC is used by one other person as the other two rooms come with en-suites. TV aerial point to all rooms. Fitted wardrobes to the en-suite room, desk for placing the TV and can be used as a work station.

The kitchen was refurbished last year and has all the mod cons including pots, pans, and utensils even the washing up liquid and tea towels supplied.

The decking is south facing and is lovely to sit on in the sun after a hard day's work, with a glass of wine or lager, that is if there is any sun.

Off road parking to the rear of the property as well as 2 spaces to the front of the property, 6 car parking spaces.

Looking for someone who just requires a Base whilst working in the area. The room is available 7 days a week if you have to work over the weekend or the occasional Saturday or Sunday. Not looking for someone who wishes to make it their permanent place of residence. All you need is a suitcase and TV.
