A double room is available in this lovely flat, ideally to be shared with a female student (Stirling Uni).

It's a first floor flat in great condition suitable for students/professionals. There's a spacious hallway, and the 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom all lead from the hallway.

The double bed room (approx. 14ft by 9ft) is available furnished but this can be negotiated. It includes a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging clothes rack, and desk.

The bathroom is newly fitted and has a very large shower and space for towels and products.

The kitchen is clean and tidy with a dining table and chairs and a reclining chair. It has a good quality washing machine, fridge/freezer, and the usual appliances (oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster).

The lounge is a massive space with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed). There is also a built in cupboard (6ft by 4ft) where items can be stored (suitcases etc) and a bike would also fit. There are plenty of shared bookcases too.

The flat is right in the centre of Stirling, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Trains go direct to Edinburgh and Glasgow. There are loads of lovely coffee shops and the town centre is just ten minute walk away. Tescos is also ten minutes walk away. The bus to the University is direct and just a couple of minutes walk too.
