The house is a 5 minute walk away from the station, which is on the mainline to London Liverpool Street.  There is a regular service to London, Cambridge and the airport.  The house is only a 5 minute drive away from the M11.  There is parking on the drive for the car.
The shops, restaurants, pubs, post office, doctor and dentist are all within a short walk.The bathroom will not have completely exclusive use, but for the vast majority of the time, only you will use it.The monthly rent includes all bills.
