Our ‘green room’ has become available again. It is clean, quiet, comfortably furnished, close to a tidy bathroom. For single occupancy only, at the rear of the house overlooking the garden.

There’s a spacious kitchen/diner, where we all have our own cupboards and refrigerator space and share cooking and laundry facilities.

It's a friendly house here - near shops and buses, with unlimited wireless broadband. There's no off street parking though - parking is free and unrestricted on the street outside.

We have two black cats. They're very calm and friendly too.

We also have a spacious one bedroom loft conversion flat will be available from around the end of November 2019 at £995 per month inclusive of all bills and broadband. It comprises kitchen / lounge / diner, separate bedroom, and shower / WC, and it shares the laundry facilities on the ground floor. Suitable for single occupancy, or negotiable for a couple - a maximum of two people sharing the double bed, not for a family with children.
Best for mature individuals with local work or ties in Harrow / Edgware / Bushey areas.

Great for anyone who likes walking in the woods, but not really for someone who needs to spend a lot of time in Central London.
