We rented this lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stanmore for four years and have enjoyed being in such a fantastic location within easy walking distance of Stanmore tube station and the various country parks.
We have enjoyed our time here and found the flat to be very quiet despite it being in such a central location.
The flat is in good condition but if we have ever had a problem with anything the landlord has been exceptionally quick in sorting it out. For example when the washing machine was faulty, we had a brand new replacement within a week.
The building is well kept and the hallways are always clear and tidy.
The flat came fully furnished and has been maintained throughout our tenancy. When we wished to renew the tenancy, the process was always clear and straightforward. The paperwork is always in order and the boiler serviced yearly. Communication with the landlord has always been good which has added to our positive experience of renting the flat.
We are ending our tenancy due to a move out of the area and would recommend the flat and landlord for future tenants.
