Wifi is provided free of charge and it also benefits from allocated parking space at the rear of the property (off street parking). All bills are inclusive. Electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (around £2 a week for normal use).
Laundry area with the use of washing machines / tumble dryers is located outside of the flat (communal use). There is also space for bicycle storage in the garage if required.
The room would suit a single working professional - Ideally we are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, long term preferred. No couples.
