Laundry room with 2 x washing machines and 2 x tumble dryers. Downstairs toilet and shared bathroom upstairs.

Shared lounge with couches and TV. French windows open into lovely lit area and split level garden, paved for easy upkeep and with high fences for privacy / security.

New conservatory in 2017 and a courtyard style garden, great for BBQs.

All rooms have double bed, desk, draw unit and wardrobe. Aerial point for TV in every room.

Quiet part of the street with adequate parking at all times of day. 10 minute walk to town, 5 mins from J14 of M6. Shops, pubs, parks all a few minutes walk. Bus stop within 2 mins.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.

This is a professional houseshare and I only accept working tenants. I cannot accept DSS / couples / children / pets in the houseshare. The house is strictly no smoking inside but there is a covered porch area with an ash tray outside.
