furnished bedroom lounge area with views to the rear over the Weald of Kent. Own vehicular entrance.

Sole use paved patio area to the front of the cottage., with views over the Weald of Kent

Use of Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and outside drying space.

Short term let with a maximum of just under six months although should you require a shorter period ,agreed at the start of the let ,then this can be arranged, 

The property is available from late June 2024. As the property is fully equipped and furnished and ready to move into it will particularly suit a single person or couple looking for a temporary base that is clean and comfortable or those needing to move from a marital home , working away from home or needing to move to break a sales chain in advance of moving to a new property.

Non smoking, and due to the nearness  of the cottage to nearby wildlife, we are unable to accept any pets.
