Really sorry about not having a video link until now. I’ve just added it so hope it works ok. I have not shown anyone the flat yet but will start next week. I will NOT accept a deposit without meeting you & going through proper screening process. I’ve had numerous people put a deposit down. I will not accept this without going through the process which includes being able to confirm right to rent in the UK which is a legal obligation. Now for the description of flat:

Lovely 2 double Bedrooms, main bedroom is huge. Garden Flat (garden on two sides & in 3rd side very private courtyard with outhouses. Flat has own entrance & is a 3-4 minute walk to St Leonards Warrior train station & to the sea front 4-5 minutes. 9 minute walk along sea front to the Pier. The sea is at one end of riad and woodland at the other. The lovely Bohemia walled  community garden is just a few minutes walk away in the woods. This flat will only be very partially furnished & currently does  not have a washing machine & only a small tabletop fridge but has plenty of room for them in kitchen. I can supply these but tent wound be slightly higher. It does have central heating, an oven & hob. I’m looking at changing hob as this one isn’t so pretty though works perfectly.  Parking is easy unrestricted on street. Kitchen is large with room for a table & chairs & looks out to back garden as does living room.  Lots of storage! Central heating. Lovely neighbours in block & on either side of building. I’m open to a shorter let. This is only a 6 month guaranteed let  as I will be moving in myself after that. Because of lockdown situation, I will need to issue 6 month notice at the same time.  There may be a possibility to stay longer but no guarantee. If you are happy With this please get in touch. just to mention there is a narrow steep stone stairwell going down to the flat so it’s not great for anyone with certain physical disabilities. Viewings will not be available until mid February. Everything is newly painted.
