the property has all the benefits of being "purpose built" such as a garbage chute for your bin bags, one designated parking space but there are more than twelve parking bays so if you are a two car household you are always likely to get a space on site, plus all communal areas are well maintained, such as the hallway and small gardens front and rear for your enjoyment and use, ie use of the communal rotary washing line (well you gotta dry your clothes some where..😃)
