This delightful cottage is in a peaceful location in the Downalong area of St.Ives in Cornwall.

The front door is a stable door style so the top half can be opened independently of the bottom half. There is a small hallway with coathooks that leads into a well-sized open plan lounge with two comfortable sofas, a nest of side tables and a TV stand. 

The contemporary kitchen has a dual sink with mixer tap, electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dining table for four. As well as the fitted units, it also has a full height storage cupboard.

The bathroom is also on the ground floor (off the lounge). It features a bath with electric shower over, washbasin, toilet, full-length mirror and heated towel rail. There is an understairs cupboard in the bathroom which can be used for additional storage.

On the first floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with combination pocket sprung and memory-foam mattress, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large washbasin with a mirror. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large washbasin with mirror. 

The cottage is heated with modern electric radiators that can be controlled directly or by an app.
