We are delighted to offer for let this ensuite room which is let on a single occupancy basis. In a well presented, fully furnished house share, situated on North Road, WA10. The property is all en-suite with large spacious rooms.

The property has a regular cleaner who attends the property for the communal spaces. Though you will be expected to clean up after yourself and to take a turn putting the bins out for collection - normal things that most people do anyway.

All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WIFI, and a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.

The local area offers access to a wide range of amenities that include; shopping facilities, public transport links and recreational facilities.

To try and keep our houses as happy houses, all our tenants need to be fully referenced (this means you as well!), but the great news is, if you can answer YES! to these 3 simple questions below, we can usually agree a viewing:                                                                                                                                              

1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent?
2. Is your bank account always in credit (not overdrawn) and you have a clear credit history (that means no CCJs or other debt recovery plans)?
