This is a beautiful newly refurbished co-living household in St George. The communal kitchen has a range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, 2 tumble dryers, 2 washing machines, 2 x 70:30 fridge freezers, (3 rooms per fridge freezer, so plenty of space!) The house comes fully equipped with crockery, pots & pans, bake ware, hoover, iron, ironing board, and all white goods!! There is ample storage for everyone. We are recycling friendly and encourage our houses to be as well. There is a comfy seating area with a large flat screen HD SMART TV, throws, cushions and lovely lighting.

The room comes with a bed, desk, bedside table, lamp, rail and a lovely en-suite shower room!

We have had a mega flow system installed so the household will benefit from constant hot water that never runs out!!

A communal cleaner will be coming every fortnight which is included in the rent!

A short walk away is the vibrant church road hosting a good range of amenities. Close by are several great pubs & cafes, including The lock up, The Old Stillage, The Dark Horse & Orchard Cafe. The Orchard cafe regularly hosts musical events, from Jazz to choir music. They even have their very own choir group!

Get your nature fix and head top the lovely St Georges Park or Troopers Hill - a registered local nature reserve
