This is a beautiful newly refurbished co-living household in St George. The communal kitchen has a range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, 2 tumble dryers, 2 washing machines, 2 x 70:30 fridge freezers, (3 rooms per fridge freezer, so plenty of space!) The house comes fully equipped with crockery, pots & pans, bake ware, hoover, iron, ironing board, and all white goods!! There is ample storage for everyone. We are recycling friendly and encourage our houses to be as well. There is a comfy seating area with a large flat screen HD SMART TV, throws, cushions and lovely lighting.

The fully furnished double room comes with a bed, TV, chest of drawers, lamp & rail. It shares a large bathroom with one another tenant - the cleaner cleans this fortnightly for you!

We have had a mega flow system installed so the household will benefit from constant hot water that never runs out!!

Each bedroom has Ethernet hard wired cabling...in other words super fast uninterrupted internet!!

At the back of the property is an enclosed garden featuring amazing graffiti by ZASE of Bristol fame!

A short walk away is the vibrant church road hosting a good range of amenities. Close by are several great pubs & cafes, including The lock up, The Old Stillage, The Dark Horse & Orchard Cafe. The Orchard cafe regularly hosts musical events, from Jazz to choir music. They even have their very own choir group!
