A very attractive semi detached period cottage located in a lovely rural position on the outskirts of Polgooth and within a short walk of the village pub Ideal for single professionals or couples. The cottage retains many period features including exposed ceiling beams. It enjoys a quiet setting and sunny aspect allowing a large amount of light. The ground floor accommodates an entrance porch, kitchen/diner, sitting room, and sun room. On the first floor there is a large bedroom and en suite bathroom. Externally Kosie Kott offers a small front garden with one off road parking space, and to the rear there is a private courtyard. It offers Propane Gas Central Heating. Please note that the open fire is not currently in order.
The village of Polgooth is very popular and is located in a very convenient position on the outskirts of St. Austell and is well placed for access to the south Cornish coast, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, the quant harbourside villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown as well as the sandy beaches at Pentewan, Carlyon Bay and Porthpean. The village has a local post ofiice and shop as well as an excellent local public house (which is within a short walk), post office, general store and a popular primary school at St. Mewan which also has a parish church. The town of St. Austell is less than three miles from the site with good town facilities.
