We are two young professionals and recent graduates, looking to find a third person for a wonderful 3 bedroom flat right on the doorstep of the beach on Western Parade.
We are looking for another working professional, who maintains a very clean space (important!) and will be considerate of our working hours as we would have to work from home for the foreseeable future.
The attached pictures are of the entire flat, which is currently undergoing landlord change and therefore it is not fully finished and the pictures are not representative! The flat will be getting all new furniture and will be professionally cleaned before the move-in date, so the pictures are just to get an idea of the layout of the flat. I also have some videos of the rooms in their current state (at the stage where people that lived there are moving out and therefore there's an excess of things) for anyone interested.
The spare room is a double, with an ensuite bathroom (the one in the attached pictures) and will come fully furnished. I have pictures of the new furniture that will be going in, but the limit is not allowing me to post everything!
The move-in date is September 6th.
Deposit is £570 and a month's rent will be required to be paid upfront. The WiFi is included in the monthly rent, but other bills will be paid separately.
